Kick-off Meeting
Helios Strategies meets with clients to collaboratively create a scope of work for their needs and goals. This includes detailed information about where the client or team currently is, where they want to be, any issues they are facing, and short-term and long-term goals.

Action & Practice
The middle of an engagement is designed for practice. Traditional leadership and performance trainings don't allow teams and individuals to grow without fear of failure. Helios' method shows that failure is part of the path to success. During this portion, clients create individualized practice plans and report back on progress to the group or the coach.

Reflection
Each engagement starts with reflection to develop strategic clarity. This gives clients the space to stop, take a breath, and begin to move from reactive to proactive. Clients learn about where they currently are in relation to their goals, and they can begin to develop an action plan for addressing how to achieve those goals. Topics addressed during this section include values, empathy, emotional intelligence, and strengths and weaknesses.

Sustainable Performance
At the end of an engagement, clients are asked to develop their sustainability plan. This takes into account their short and long-term goals, the lessons learned from their practice, and any new perspectives they've gained over the course of the engagement.
