"The most powerful tool you have is the one you were born with. Your voice."

~ Helios Strategies
You're the expert.
Speak like it.
We've all been in that meeting where someone read their whole presentation straight off the slides... and lost everyone's attention in the process. Want to make sure you don't become that kind of speaker?

You already know your content, but how do you most efficiently deliver that information to others? The Speaking Lab breaks down how to communicate effectively, and it gives you the space to practice so you don't lose your audience immediately. The only way to become a better speaker is to speak, fail, adjust, and try again.
Over six weeks, you'll build the muscle memory that turns anxiety into executive presence, and presence into influence.
THE NUMBERS
Soft Skills in the Age of AI.
Catapult Ahead of the Competition.
THE CURRICULUM
Six Weeks.
Executive Presence.
Foundations
Week one will give you a foundation. What are your default patterns, what do you do when the pressure is on, what do you need to work on?
Structure
You know the content. How are you presenting it? Is your story clear enough for your audience to understand?
Body Language
Nonverbal communication makes up 60-90% of all communication. What are you communicating unintentionally before you even say a word?
Delivery & Presence
True development and growth comes from practice. Take the time to present, work on tone, reduction of filler words, and pacing.
Confidence
You don't need to know everything to be confident. You just need to know 10% more than your audience to teach them something. Let's reframe fear around spekaing.
Your Signature Voice
What kind of speaker are you? What impressions will your audience walk away with? Get feedback. Speak with conviction.

"I built Speaking Lab because I truly believe that soft skills are the key to up-skilling in a world where everyone is competing with AI."
As an executive coach, PMP, and facilitator, I've worked with leaders at every level - from individuals starting their first job, to first-time managers, to C-suite executives - on what it actually takes to communicate with influence. I have a unique insight to this type of communication since I have a degree in Linguistics, which is the sociology behind how and why people use language.
The pattern is always the same: the people who grow fastest are the ones who are willing to practice in public, take the feedback, and try again. In today's world, we don't value spaces where we can fail. We're expected to already know, especially in a corporate environment.
I've designed the Speaking Lab around this principle. You'll be able to practice in a space where you can fail, get back up, and try again without consequence. You'll be challenged, supported, and coached by someone who has done the work, and believes deeply that every professional deserves to own their voice.
