
Meet the Founder
Eva Hogan
Eva Hogan is the Founder and Principal at Helios Strategies. She founded Helios with the goal of developing people and teams to use creativity to solve problems and accomplish goals.

She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Project Management Professional. She comes to Helios Strategies with over a decade of experience in customer-facing program management and consulting roles at various companies, including Okta, Ernst & Young, and Accenture. Eva possess drive, executability, flexibility, and facilitation skills from her corporate experience - often having worked in complex, challenging, and evolving environments. These skills are perfectly balanced with her empathetic nature and drive to push people to grow into their best selves, making her not just a coach, but an empathetic executive with the ability to pivot and accomplish goals.

Eva is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor's in Linguistics. In college, she served as the National Boatswain for the Sea Scouts, Scouting America, the highest ranking youth official for the organization. While in the Sea Scouts, she obtained the rank of Quartermaster - equivalent to the rank of Eagle for Boy Scouts. It was here that she developed her passion with leadership and training, and attributes her scouting experience to providing her with the many skills she's used to be successful in her career.
