Clients may request changes to their communication preferences or request to limit communications at any time by contacting Helios Strategies directly.

Helios Strategies may communicate with clients and prospective clients via text message (SMS) or phone call for operational and service-related purposes only, including scheduling sessions, confirming appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing questions related to active or prospective engagements. By providing a mobile phone number, clients consent to receive text messages for these limited purposes. Such communications are non-marketing in nature and are not used for promotional outreach. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of the engagement. Clients may ask for help by replying “HELP” at any time, or may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP”. Clients may also receive help or opt out by contacting Helios Strategies directly. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact information used for service-related communication is not shared with third parties.
